Personal Integrations is a private integration operated by the account owner for their own authorized Google accounts.

Information accessed

Depending on each account's consent, the integration can access Gmail messages, threads, attachments, labels and drafts, and Calendar calendars, events, attendees and availability. Gmail permissions and Calendar permissions are granted separately. Access is limited by the account's Google permissions and organization policies.

How information is used

Information is used to support the owner's assistant tasks, including searching and reading mail, drafting messages for the owner to review and send, organizing mail, answering scheduling questions and managing events. This integration does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

Processing and disclosure

Content retrieved for an assistant task may be processed by the AI providers configured by the owner and retained in assistant conversation history. Provider handling depends on the owner's provider agreements and settings. The assistant prepares outgoing email as drafts for the owner and does not send email. Requested Calendar changes may disclose event information to attendees.

Storage and retention

Authorization credentials are stored in the owner's secret manager and protected runtime storage. Account data may be retained in assistant conversations, owner-selected notes, downloaded attachments or diagnostic logs. There is no single automatic deletion period across those stores; the owner controls their retention and deletion.

This static information website does not receive OAuth callbacks, store access tokens or display account content. It contains no analytics scripts or sign-in forms. Its hosting provider may maintain ordinary website access logs.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and remove stored runtime credentials. Revoking access stops future authorized access, but does not automatically delete previously saved conversations, notes or attachments; those must be removed from their respective stores.
